Health and Wellbeing

All of our pupils have access to My Physical Wellbeing lessons. By learning about and taking part in physical activity, children will learn healthy habits for their future lives and are more likely to be fit and well. Through our curriculum, pupils understand how to keep emotionally and mentally healthy taught through lessons, sensory circuits, and our Zones of Regulation Strategy. Personal hygiene is taught weekly and adapted to meet the needs of all our pupils. Outdoor learning is accessed by all pupils during weekly timetable slots in Forest School, Kingsbury Gardens and Adventure Area. Pupils learn about healthy recipes during our Food Skills lessons and take part in our annual Sports Day.
