Learners had the opportunity to visit the Crescent Theatre in Birmingham and watch a performance called ’Whispering Willows’. The show was an immersive experience, so pupils were able to take part and perform in the show alongside talented members of The Open Theatre performance group.

Recognising the characters' actions and exploring the themes of morality and behaviour. The pupils, some of whom have never been to the theatre, thoroughly enjoyed the experience and parental feedback mentioned ‘ My son really enjoys these visits and is so excited about coming home and telling me about the day he has had at school’.
