Sporty Minds welcomes special schools from across the Midlands for the annual games!

Pupils across the school had a fantastic time at the recent Sporty Minds Event, where teamwork, fitness, and fun were the focus of the day. The event highlighted the importance of taking turns, working together, and staying active, all whilst having fun and accessing different games and activities.
Pupils participated in a range of exciting challenges, including a relay race that had everyone cheering for their teams as they raced against the clock. They showed off their speed and teamwork as they passed the baton, demonstrating great sportsmanship and cooperation.
Another highlight of the day was practising the hurdles, where pupils took turns jumping over the obstacles, improving their balance and agility. It was an exciting test of skill, and everyone had fun encouraging their friends to give it their best shot.
"We were so proud of how well the children worked together and supported each other throughout the activities," said Karabo, our sports coach.
The event was a huge success, with everyone looking forward to more opportunities to be active and stay healthy. Well done to all pupils for showing great spirit and teamwork during the day’s activities!
