Enterprise Project

Learners in Kingsbury's food skills hub are actively participating in an enterprise project where they prepare garlic bread and fresh marinara pasta to sell to staff across the school.

Through this hands-on initiative, students not only enhance their culinary skills but also develop valuable entrepreneurial experience. They are involved in every step of the process, from planning and cooking to packaging and marketing products. This project allows them to gain practical insights into work operations, teamwork, and customer service, all while promoting creativity and confidence.
